If you’ve been telling yourself you’re “too busy” to build your myofunctional therapy business… it’s time to call BS.
Because here’s the truth: You don’t need more time. You need better priorities.
I’ve been where you are — hustling in the op, dreaming about the day I’d finally have space to build the business (and life) I was bonkers about. But back then, my calendar was a mess, and I had no idea where my time was really going.
Sound familiar? Then grab a pen, friend, because I’m about to teach you the same 3-step time audit I teach inside Ditch Hygiene Academy™. This is how you stop bleeding hours and start reclaiming your schedule.
Step 1: Track It
You can’t fix what you can’t see.
For 3–5 days, write down everything you do. Yes, everything. From hygiene shifts to TikTok spirals to “just one quick Target run.”
Be honest. No judgment. The goal here is clarity — not guilt. Most of my students are shocked when they see how many hours they’re wasting.
Step 2: Score It
Next, go through your log and score each activity:
Red: Time-wasters like doom scrolling and Netflix
Yellow: Obligations like your job, laundry, and errands
Green: Biz-building gold like client calls, content creation, and Ditch Hygiene Academy™ modules
Ask yourself: Is this fueling my dream or draining my energy?
Step 3: Shift It
Here’s where you make the magic happen.
Cut out or delegate the reds. Simplify the yellows. Ruthlessly protect the greens. That might mean hiring a housekeeper, letting Instacart handle your groceries, or turning off Netflix an hour earlier so you can focus on your business.
Even just 3–5 focused hours a week is enough to build momentum.
So stop telling yourself you’re too busy. You’re not. You just need to take control.
If you’re ready to ditch the chaos and finally put your business first, start your time audit today — and then send me your biggest aha moment. I’d love to hear it.
Until next time, go build a life you’re absolutely bonkers about.
Cheering You On 😘,
Carmen
